The Floor 3 Plan For Building Award Winning Organizations

The Floor 3 Plan for Building Award Winning Organizations uses the blueprints of a three-story office building as a metaphor to explain a proven strategy for making your organization the best it can be. The nine elements of the Floor 3 Plan have the tools you need whether you are leading an established corporation, trying to build a new startup, or making your local volunteer organization a raving success. A proven leader and MBA in Organizational Leadership, Sam Prestipino brings decades of experience working with over 100 organizations to the forefront with real stories of award-winning successes and plenty of comical episodes as you explore each floor.
